Here is your opportunity to help lead ASAE – an organization dedicated to advancing the association profession by connecting great ideas and great people and to inspire leadership within the association community. We hope you share our enthusiasm and consider participating in this process that will positively impact the future of ASAE and the ASAE Research Foundation.
Steps 1-3 outline the process for applying. All of the supporting documents that you will need are provided below. We have also provided you easy access to additional resources that may assist you to learn more about ASAE and the ASAE Research Foundation.
Step 1 – Review the Criteria and Attributes identified by the Leadership Committee that will be part of the selection process for new board members.
Step 2 – To suggest a candidate, send a letter of recommendation. Self-recommendations are welcome.
Step 3 – Send to Elizabeth Duda-Cardinale, Director, Executive & Board Operations at eduda-cardinale@asaecenter.org.

Selection Timetable
May 6 | Deadline to receive online nomination application |
Mid-June 2024 (Exact date TBD) | Select slate of officers and directors for ASAE and ASAE Research Foundation Boards |
Mid-June 2024 (Exact date TBD) | Present the ASAE slate to the membership and following approval, send ASAE Research Foundation slate to the Foundation Board for approval |
August 10 | Installation of officers and directors at the ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition |
